In training on wednesday I did a split run session;. I know that predictions are difficult due to the endless variables involved but, based on this session, what do you estimate I could run for m roughly?

I think a more realistic predictor for your time would be doing 30secs and then add your m times together. I did this recently and ran Thank you all for your input.

Im not in the best of shape at the moment so was expecting something around the 51 area. The reason behind doing a m rather than m is that I wanted to do SE2 work longer than m for a bit more lactic tolerance.
